    Good work! People need these types of practical videos for this as it's such a complex instrument. I have the MODX and I am still wrapping my head around all the programming options, but have a good grasp on most of it now. I have had mine for about 5 or so months and have played it a lot. So many good sounds on there it just draws you in. The Motion Sequencing and Superknob features take a lot of learning to get down, but once you get it there is an amazing amount of options you have to set controllers into motion with automation it's just amazing.

    Nice video, keep them coming!. There is an slight error at the end, as the KEYBOARD is still selected and you are changing the keyboard range for the DRUMS each time you press a key. Not big deal for the demo, though

    Hi,
    How do you make the Pad part latch? Because the pad sound will cut as soon as I release the keys. I can make the Bass and the Drum parts latch, but not the Pad.
    Thx.

    • @soundformore
      @soundformore  7 месяцев назад

      Sorry but I would like to understand more before I try answering… latching a single part ? Only until you press another key or playing another chord? Do you have an arpeggiator running for the Drums and Bass? What about the pad?

    • @LapinouBug
      @LapinouBug 7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi,
      Sorry for my bad explanation.
      I would like the Pad continue playing even though I released the keys.
      Because at the moment, if I do not hold the keys down, the Pad will stop.
      I have changed few arpegiator settings for the Bass and Drum so that they continue to play even if I release the keys. But it does not work with the Pad.
      Thx.

    • @soundformore
      @soundformore  7 месяцев назад

      @LapinouBug have you tried an arpeggio to the pad and latch that? Or do you simply want the pad latch without arpeggio? I guess the latter right?

    • @LapinouBug
      @LapinouBug 7 месяцев назад +1

      The Pad that you show in your tutorial have few arpeggios running in them already.
      I would like their arpeggios to latch even if I release the keys.
      (I set the latch option to On in all the parts that make up this Pad Performance, but it does not help. It only works for the Bass and the Drum.)

    • @soundformore
      @soundformore  7 месяцев назад

      @LapinouBug add a part, select a pad and also an arpeggio for the correspondent scene selected. Activate arpeggio for the part. Edit the part. Select arpeggio and advanced. Make sure trigger mode is set to toggle and not gate. Does that help?
