That whole thing was just bc the show runners didn’t wanna pay Chandler what he was worth. How is an adult gonna remain on a kids salary just bc he started the show as a kid. It was bull and it was greed that had Carl (Chandler) killed off.

Idk about the part about him writint emails for Steven. From everything Ive heard, Steven Yeun wanted Glenn to get the bat, and the writers also wanted to write him off because they didnt know what to do with his character anymore (which Glenns actor admitted in an interview). On the other hand I know a large number of the main cast including Danai, Norman and Andrew all lobbied against the writers/AMC about killing Carl. Its most likely why Andrew finally decided to leave the show (ie his final straw)
Love the show. But they really did start thinking to highly if themselves. It did them in. Glenn had to go unfortunately. We really needed Old Man Carl.

Everything with Negan was terrible. He took up way too much real estate on the show. Glenn should have died in Thank You, and Negan should have died an unceremonious death at the end of Season 8. Like, he should have just got pushed into a horde of Walkers by some of his men.

He's just not scared they made him literally the perfect person he was better than Rick in the sense where he had morale, unlike Rick did even because we've seen Rick even mess up and end up. Killing people unjustly, which Karl would never do which is something. I think that the show really messed up on because, it showed that if there was somebody, that was even better when it came to morale and. Humanity, then Rick was then why would you kill that person off given the fact that it's coral? Then that's even bigger of a question. When you really think about it, coral was there from the start that was the literal person that Rick had left coming back from the Apocalypse. If this was real, and this really was an actual realistic TV show. Rick would have probably killed himself by now, given the fact that the only reason he even was able to cope with things was because he'd just so happened. Buy this somehow string of lucky hat was able to find his wife and son. His wife died and all he had left was his son. And I think that's what made us watch The Walking Dead. It was a tale of how Rick and his son would grow up and Rick would have to pass the Torch to his son when the time came. And they messed it up completely
