Did you cold-proof it in the fridge overnight or leave it on the counter all night? If so, how long did you proof it on the counter after all your stretches and folds?
I let it bulk ferment on my counter overnight for 12 hours because it’s cold where I live and I let it cold proof in the fridge for about 5 hours before baking.
450 degrees with the lid on for 30min and 5 min without the lid. Since it has sugar, it tends to get dark really fast. So keep an eye on it once you remove the lid ☺️

Do you bake at 500 or 450?
