Ah Sahm is way more like Bruce Lee now than he's ever been before. He's starting to fight more precise and focused. I think he surprised Li Yong can't wait for round 4 between these guys. Only one can walk away.

The writers of the show did say technically Ah Sahm is the better fighter but Li Yong had something to fight for and wasn’t as cocky or arrogant as Ah Sahm originally was the first season but they’re still equal for now
This show must not end until we get that Ah Sahm vs Li Yong rematch!
Considering Ah Sahm is improving in his strength and fighting system.

They represent the Yin & Yang parts of Bruce Lee's personality and style. Both actors are great and their interpretations awesome. Li Yong is the perfect 'kung fu man', the gentlemanly, fluid and reserved. He has DEEP feelings. Asam is the 'crashing of the water' explosive, raw and genuine...fire energy. I honestly believe that if the story goes on long enough they WILL (eventually) fight side by side BECAUSE they are two halves of the same whole. (At the same time this finally allows them to now 'walk in each other's shoes for a while.)
actually they teamed up in season 2nd last ep or maybe last one was when china town was attacked
I love how they gave us just a little taste of their battle for this season so far.

Fricking awesome series. Ah Sahm paying homage to Bruce's coliseum fight with Chuck Norris in that scene. Love this series hopefully we get another season.
All I know is that when they decide to bring Kuai Liang/Sub-Zero into the MK movies, it'd better be Andrew Koji.
They should've casted andrew koji as scorpion and hiroyuki sanada as shang tsung in the first place. Even though hiroyuki sanada did good for scorpion, he is a little too old now to play scorpion. Andrew koji has the eyes and voice to play scorpion.
@gerguitarplayer2349 He could do both really, but Koji's cold/cool demeanors as Ah Sahm would fit better with a younger Sub-Zero. Part of me thinks they might be looking at Cole and Kuai as the next generation of Scorp and SZ feud (younger vs younger), making it more of Scorpion vs Noob Saibot in a 3rd film, continuing Bi Han vs Hanzo on an even supernatural level.

Finished all 3 szn’s and I like how Shannon Lee made them get a quick rematch in the very first episode of szn 3. Netflix will do a szn 4. I just know it. Ah Sahm and Li Yong will get another round in szn 4 and that will be for keeps. 1:37 was lit, when Ah Sahm pointed at Li was gangsta. Come get some boy.

They remind me of Drizzt Du'Urden and Artemis Entreri from Dungeons and Dragons lol. For anyone that never played D&D, Drizzt and Artemis were the best two sword fighters in the land, and they kept running into each other.

Into the badlands was very good but suffered from poor marketing and bad scheduling, I read somewhere they put it on at same time as another major show/sport so it never really stood a chance of been a ratings winner

There’s never been a series this well done in that department

This is the part that you two guys are forgetting, Li Yong and Ah Sahm are almost practically equal in skill except for now that Li Yong is slightly better than Ah Sahm. These men have been training there entire life in hand to hand combat. They know what to do to win in a fight like that.

Season 3 has had more shitty dialogue and less fighting…this show is based off Bruce Lee the Master’s ideas…focusing too much on side characters instead Ah Sahm….I still love the show but the writing has changed since season 1 and i know it had woke stuff in season 2 but it’s overload this season…so we can agree to disagree…
