in this video How to Repair Iron at Home. It is CONTi Italy electric steam iron, it was not heating up, i demonstrated how to test power cable, dis-assembling, checking heating element, thermostat, thermal fuse, steam system, spraying nozzle, using multimeter and with series test lamp. after watching this video you will be able to:-

@@HaseebElectronics hi there. thanks for the video. may i please ask how do i adjust so that the adjusting heat know will only have maximum heat of around 20% of normal? my overly insensitive uncle is overusing it everyday he's ironing his clothes 3-4 hours even if they don't have folds. and he's not even contributing to food and water and electric bills.

I get a BEEEP sound from the multimeter when both the phase and the neutral are touched (when they are placed in their positions in the iron), when I take the cables out of the iron I don't get such a sound, is this normal because the iron worked on this principle before?
