    Ingredients
    FOR CHICKEN MARINATE
    boneless chicken - 500 gms
    vinegar - 1 tea spoon
    soya sauce - 1 tea spoon
    ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
    red chili powder - 1 tea spoon
    red food color - (pinch of optional)
    red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon
    Black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon
    Salt - 1 tea spoon
    1 Egg
    corn flour - 1/4 cup
    Maida (refined flour) - 2 to 3 table spoon
    FOR CHILI CHICKEN GRAVY BASE
    Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon
    vinegar - 1 tea spoon
    red chili sauce - 2 to 3 table spoon
    tomato ketchup - 2 to 3 table spoon
    sugar - 1/2 tea spoon
    Kashmiri red chili - 1 table spoon
    corn flour - 1 table spoon
    water - as required.

    FOR CHILI CHICKEN COOKING.
    oil - 2 to 3 table spoon
    some fine chopped garlic
    some fine chopped ginger
    2 - 3 green chilies
    green capsicum some
    onion - 1 medium size
    spring onion - some
    black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon
    salt - as required
    sesame seeds - some
    COOKING PROCESS AND METHOD
    In a mixing bowl, take 500 grams of boneless chicken and add 1 teaspoon each of vinegar, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, and red chili powder, along with a pinch of optional red food color, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of corn flour, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of Maida (refined flour). Mix these ingredients thoroughly with the chicken until it's well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to marinate.
    In another mixing bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 2 to 3 tablespoons of red chili sauce, 2 to 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili, 1 tablespoon of corn flour, and water as needed. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly until well combined, and set this sauce mixture aside for later use.
    Next, heat some oil in a pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them until they are thoroughly cooked and have a golden, crispy exterior.
    After frying all the chicken initially, remove them from the oil. Then, for an extra crispiness, return the fried chicken pieces to the hot oil and fry them for an additional 1 to 2 minutes on high heat. This double frying process will give your Street-Style Chicken that perfect crunch and texture.
    To prepare the final stage of your delicious Street-Style Chili Chicken, follow these steps:
    Heat a kadai or pan and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger, and 2 to 3 green chilies. Sauté these aromatic ingredients for a little while until they become fragrant.
    After that, add some green capsicum, 1 medium-sized onion, and spring onions. Stir-fry these vegetables for a minute or two until they become slightly tender.
    Now, add the prepared gravy base into the pan and mix everything well. Allow it to come to a boil.
    Once the mixture is boiling, add more spring onions, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, salt as required, and some sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
    Finally, add the fried chicken into the mixture and stir everything together. Cook for another minute or two, allowing the chicken to soak up all those wonderful flavors.
