No, look I understand your point completely, but she didn't do ANYTHING. Not even patching up his wounds, she just pretended like he didn't exist. That is neglect and if she called the emergency service number, she could've reported an armed abuser.

My headcanon during the ending:
The screen fades to black and then jump cuts to Aizawa and Present Mic watching Izuku and Bakugou’s confession.
We have Aizawa on the left who has his arms crossed with his eyes narrowed going “he better not be a loud blonde”
And then on Aizawa’s left with a 🥹 face squealing now just happy that Izuku is happy and is also gay.
