I love Laura in this scene. Despite all the pain her husband (and at times, her son) caused her, she is still willing to forgive and encourage to move forward. She made her mistakes, but she acknowledges them and tries to see the love that is there. Just like a mom. :-)
It's called sorars in the the soap world! Soap opera rapid aging system! The show changes the ages of characters mostly children to suit the purpose of the storyline? Sometimes they even deage the character as well 😮 so confusing 🤣
Oh and they sometimes deage adult characters as well especially when they recast and the actor appears younger? Ie. Marcus Coloma as a Nikolas Cassadine recast and the deaging of Sonny Corinthos even though Maurice Benard is clearly older than his character seems and has to color his hair so he looks younger than his character should be!
Lucas was born in 1989 and Maxie was born in 1990. Maxie wasn’t sorased until 2002 when they made her 15 but the actress that played Maxie was slightly older (by 3 years) which is why Maxie looks older than Lucas in these scenes
Yup and she would go on to having a affair with him during his first marriage to Elizabeth with Lucky being portrayed by Greg Vaughan and Maxie being portrayed by Kristen Storms.
I hope he returns. Jacob was fantastic in the role. He won a daytime emmy for his portrayal of the character in 2002. He has openly stated in interviews he wants to return as Lucky.
