How to Skip Windows 11 Requires Internet to Complete Setup

This video shows the way to skip the mandatory Wi-Fi setup during the windows 11 operating system installation.
Steps
1. Press Shift + F10 on the keyboard to open cmd.
2. Type taskmgr and press enter. Task manager opens
3. Click on more details. Scroll down to view the Network connection flow.
4. Right Click on Network connection flow and select end task from the pop-up menu.
5. Now close the task manager and cmd.
You can now continue with your setup.

Yes, bro, type shift+F10 then type the code "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" your computer will be reset again, and then go through all the process again. when you come back to the wifi setting you will find out there is a "skip" for you to choose. And you can skip the wifi.
