Thank you brother. When I was new at this job, I made a lathe. It's not perfect but works. Maybe i make another new one in the future.

Bravo! Geniusly made! Recently I bought Scheppach peace of crap and had to modify guides. Made body of metal and with 3 rollers instead 2 metal bolts guiding and touching saw.
One of the best DIY saws of any kind I've seen. I have to tell you though, the whole using the jig saw to sand the cut out is absolutely THE most genius thing I've seen.

I just love how he uses his genius mind to so beautifully simplify the relatively complex and usually (for most of us) unthinkable task of the construction of a bandsaw, thereby enabling less gifted people out there to actually attempt and probably succeed (given his extraordinarily simple, clear, methodical approach) at constructing their own equivalent. He's probably an engineer or similar by day who simply has an abundance of genius that he chooses to share with others in an almost altruistic manner.
I was looking for a lift mechanism for my table saw project. This is just the ticket, all I need to add is a tilt and that seems quite straight forward. Great work as always thanks.
