Hi Mary Jane - That was a fascinating trek 👣 .. I would love to stay at the hospice of St.Bernard. What an inviting place it appears to be. Happy Holidays 🎄 !
Awesome, I've visited Italy, France and Germany, but never been to the Alps, I'd love to travel those ancient mountain routes and see the deep history there.
@@WhatashameMaryJane I visited Venice and Padua a few years ago, I think that was the closest I've come to the Alps. I wanted to travel up to the Alps and explore the region, but I didn't have time on that Venice trip.
How I couldn't stand the cowbells, 24/7 right next to my window, on the way to work, in my free time. After a few weeks I stopped noticing them and today I sometimes miss them. 🥰 How about the cows? Flagellate yourself? Not sure 🤔 But beautiful 🤩
This is truly magical. You inspire me so much to see the world, but sadly, I feel like it will be out of reach. I'm a public school teacher and money is an issue. We don't get paid enough.
Qwerty was suggesting you videos like these ones ruclips.net/p/PLLn9YKWH2mmTia9I6iFqAACe_V5_Rx1vm - I should actually make more updated ones on the topic. I'm sorry to hear you feel like seeing other parts of the world feels out of reach for you: I hope watching my older videos will convince you otherwise. Travelling doesn't have to be more expensive than not travelling, if you are smart enough to arrange things in a certain way.
Bellissimo!!! You should try "El camino de Santiago de Compostela! Mandi from Spain
Via Francigena...such a beautiful walk and those lovely villages and mountain views are magical! Happy Holidays to you and your family, MJ. 🎄❤️😂
Thank you Judith! Happy holidays to you too ❤️
Beautiful place! It is so cool to see where St Bernard dogs originate; they always fascinated me as a child with the little brandy flasks 😁

The Alps are the most beautiful thing that these three countries have in common, in my opinion 😊
