I haven't used a Filofax in a few years, but the paper they use now is fountain pen friendly. 😃

Filofax Saffiano is not real leather. It’s a shame because of the name.

You are correct, it is Faux-leather. I was under the impression that is was leather forgot to correct myself. Thank you so much for pointing that out.

@@MyNomadPlanner hope you aren’t disappointed. I watched another unboxing these days and she was so angry about it. I feel like this is a marketing fail from Filofax itself.

It is disappointing because it is "expected" that their products are real leather and offer a consistent quality. However, the more I get into the brand history the more I find that it seems they are no longer what they once were. However, I do love my malden, so I think at this point is a hit or miss unfortunately.
