I haven't actually tried the Anastasia dewy set spray but I've had the Mac one and you had to shake that one cause the glitter was at the bottom so maybe shake the spray before you used it. Love your videos and you're such a sweet person 😘

As for bedding i have a silk pillowcase (highly recommend especially if you want to take care of your skin) and wash that once a week. Bedding every other week. That’s probably gross but it’s just me so idc.

Washing bed sheets once a week. Years ago, Mondays were wash days. And back then you wash in a copper, and the water was heated up by burning wood chips, so the water would be boiling. Which would have made everything more hygienic.❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
health shops in the Uk sell limited Pacifica stuff.. Whole Foods has it including in Piccadilly/ Also my town in West London used to have a Sephora years ago. Pity we dont anymore . IDK why they vanished

I sweat quite a lot though, so I need to change them more frequently
I always shower before I go to bed, so I don't feel like my sheets need washing every week. I wash/ change them every two weeks.

You can get Pacifica in England! My local heath food shop sells it and I think you can get it in Holland & Barrett xxx
