    Excellent information. Dandelions are amazing including the root, which can be made into a tea and used for energy like ginseng or ginger. Also mulberries make for a tasty treat when training outside, in the summer I would eat 2 handfuls for breakfast. However with a lot that you mentioned I still need to learn a lot more. Perhaps if you decided to take a photo with better definition of these wild plants, it could help us better understand what to look for. Regardless thank you for sharing this valuable knowledge with us.

    Try to take in as much as you can on this video so when you train in Nintaijutsu homestudy section of wilderness training...you can quickly get educated.

    first one was Dock i think(?) and second was baby dandelion, i like the wild radish.
    Here in Australia there is a weed old Greek ladies pick by the sides of creeks, like in video, just above where water goes in rainy times, and it looks like a grass, similar to that onion grass but its different, beautiful stuff, wish i knew what it was, so yummy
