Excellent information. Dandelions are amazing including the root, which can be made into a tea and used for energy like ginseng or ginger. Also mulberries make for a tasty treat when training outside, in the summer I would eat 2 handfuls for breakfast. However with a lot that you mentioned I still need to learn a lot more. Perhaps if you decided to take a photo with better definition of these wild plants, it could help us better understand what to look for. first one was Dock i think(?) and second was baby dandelion, i like the wild radish. Here in Australia there is a weed old Greek ladies pick by the sides of creeks, like in video, just above where water goes in rainy times, and it looks like a grass, similar to that onion grass but its different, beautiful stuff, wish i knew what it was, so yummy
