I have never commented on a video, but I felt this too strongly to ignore. The "project" discipleship needs to be expressed and handled with care because this type of discipleship can become abusive, even if it wasn't intended to be. Of course, if the elder is being led by Holy Spirit, it can be a wonderful thing. Use extreme caution and speak to the Lord about any "projects" someone is asking you to do in the name of the Lord. Ask Him! The Lord will not speak anything to someone else that He doesn't confirm to you. Just simply ask Him if the "project " lines up with His will and direction for your life. Your Father will let you know!
