Unfortunately this approch of chaging the volume and pitch on the audio source itself changes all previous scheduled (and still playing) PlayOneShot sounds as well. In this case it does not matter when the footsteps are heard consequently. But if you want to play different sounds at the same time, all of them will be affected which will sound strange.
thanks but i want to add the sound random to a stalking monster in my horror game so it can randomly make grownling and snarling noises..how do i do this?Can you please make a video on it?

how do you prevent to play twice?...meaning the random sound will play only one time

how to make it loop when the key is being pressed??
Which part are you referring to specifically?? What would you like to happen in the loop ? And do you want a delay between the loop?? :)
@@NattyGameDev I had the same question ahah, like, when you press the d key for exemple, and the footsteps play, how do you make them continue looping has long has the key is pressed and have a delay inbetween the clips, so that the sounds arent being spammed everytime you hold the a or d key.
This would help me alot, im working on a project that needs this to work :D

@@Littlewarrior0106 if you use an animation, you can add an event that call your fonction. Exemple each time your player foot hit the ground.
