- Speaker Om Birla, during a Lok Sabha session on June 26, fact-checked National Conference MP Aga Ruhullah over Article 370. Aga Ruhullah wrongly stated that the Article 370 nullification bill was passed within half an hour. Om Birla then said that there was a debate for over 9 hours on the Article 370 issue.

@@pakoochavo8696 His language is always in respectful way. He speak too the point. Also he is very vigilant that when a person present wrong fact, He asked him to pause instead stopping by & helped him by presenting correct fact.
I can say Speaker is helping the MP from Kashmir, But he is also guiding by correcting fact.

Not saying opposing bills and the government is wrong, but they don't even allow debate. They just oppose everything whether right or wrong and just create ruckus the whole time or simply walkout. That's not what a opposition does. They are just hindering the development this way.
