Onitsuka Tiger Sneaker Collection: California 78 EX Review

When I started running road races in 1978, I have discovered ASICS or Onitsuka Tiger Shoes as my favorite running shoes. Aside from the fact that this particular model of Onitsuka Tiger shoes was featured on the cover page of the book, The Complete Book Of Running by James Fixx, it became the favorite shoes of elite and competitive runners in the 70s and 80s. It was only in December 2018 while I was reading this book as I was reviewing the Boston Marathon Route (as one of the Chapters of the Book) prior to my participation in this prestigious Marathon Race last year (April 2019), that I thought of looking for a pair of the California 78 EX shoes in the local market.
I was fortunate enough to buy the said shoes with my shoe size and it became my FIRST Onitsuka Tiger Sneaker in my Collection. Since January 2019, I have been collecting OT Sneakers and I will be glad to feature them in my You Tube Channel.

Yes! Pwede yan pang lakad at pwede rin pang takbo hanggang 5K lang. Matibay siya!

All onitsuka tiger shoes look very very narrow.

Yes, you are right. Almost all their models or on Regular Width which is narrow. Thanks!
