      The problem w/ Subarus is access to that boxer engine, like all boxer engines.

    Awd is good until the ayc/acd pump fails. I need to replace mine, hope the warranty covers it. 😭😭

    3 weeks with my Evo x gsr and Im loving it as a daily so far.... just feel weird shifting at such high RPMs during just daily driving compared to my old mustang.

    • @KingZD1
      @KingZD1 3 года назад +2

      Would you recommend the evo over mustang for daily? I’m looking at STI or evo or rwd muscle car but for winter and rains awd would be clutch

      @@KingZD1 i drove my mustang for years during the snow here in north Indiana and I only got stuck once, but I definitely prefer the Evo. It just makes driving in the snow a lot easier. If it wasn’t for snow I’d still be in a mustang.
      Also if you like being comfortable and like a nice soft ride the Evo won’t be a good daily, the car literally always feels like a race car but if your going for performance vehicles I’m guessing that won’t be a problem

      I feel like this guy covered the sti vs Evo as a daily pretty good.
      I wouldn’t trade my Evo for any other car at the moment.

      That's the best part, shifting at high RPMs. I could use a 6th gear tho in highway speeds.

    Why would anyone buy it?? Kind of a weird title lol its a phenomenal car. Habdles mods very well and is a stout engine when you keep the torque under 450ish and do the required maintenance. One of the best all wheel drive systems ever created.

      Lord Witto there the evo gsr which is the manual one and the evo MR which has the dual clutch auto but the transmission in the mr is very problematic and expensive to fix which is why the evo gsr is the better more desirable option to go with

      I've had my MR Evo10 for 2 years. Have 100,000miles on it. Have changed the clutches.
      Aside from that havnt had any major dramas.

      Gsr is kind of a cheaper bare bones optipn people liked to pickup and mod and had standard 5spd. MR and othrr trims had suspension mods interior and tech and the MR has an SST twin clutch auto 6spd.
