Just do _not_ play it expecting any kind of mystery, or a serious/dark character-driven story; that was my biggest mistake, and it is absolutely not what the focus is. The real focus is comedy and general irreverence, so if you like that, just endure one _exceedingly_ dark moment in Chapter 1 and you're golden the rest of the way. (Mean all that 100% genuinely, by the way--it's not what I wanted out of the game, but I imagine you'd get a lot more out of it knowing what to expect going in.) The music absolutely stole the show for me, and the gameplay is pretty fun--even if it gets tedious at times. The inventory system is also abysmal in its current state. Even so, I hear there's an option under the accessibility settings to insta-win battles, so there's that, and the game is currently still getting updates, so hopefully the inventory will also be revised in due time.

@@RoosterCogburnPhD Yeah, that's the second time I've heard this... and though my _direct_ experience within Discord communities is limited, I have noticed a strange trend of them devolving into irrelevant memes. So if that really is true, it sounds like Andy found the wrong audience, and then took the wrong advise to heart. Which is a serious shame, and I hope both him and his community will take the final version of KS as a learning experience; this game had so much potential to be more than just "Earthbound the Mother 2 & Undertale" :/

Played through it all the way to postgame, will say, amazing soundtrack, amazing game, go buy this game it's roughly 10-12 hours long
