One thing that concerns me is that wages aren't all that great. Even though some expenses are lower, others are just as high or higher than other parts of the country.
I understand where you are coming from, however, it has been stated on numerous occasions that while we are more expensive than some areas of the country, there are many more expensive places like New York, California, Colorado, Chicago and New Jersey....to name a few. That list is much longer, but I do not have the time to list them all. LOL.
i craig i love your videoa i have a question i hope you can help me i live in new condo its down by marco its 3 stories the first floor is parking floors 2-3 are liveablale floors under the new florida laws on condos are we consider 2 stories or 3 stories under the law every thing i read says were 2 stories

Depends what your job is. Many jobs pay as much as NY now.

Are you serious? LOL.....you must have never visited the area. You have to really work to find them in most cases.
