Same. Even after all these months, not even close to even starting dd7. Mephisto is so gated that the vast majority don't even care about him.

Lol I’m not even through DD6. They just keep releasing toons that you absolutely cannot avoid having to do anything in this game
So the krakens that have Mephisto are upset that they made him more powerful, just because they didn't do tgat at release before they realized how players were going to counter him, how does that make any sense?
A lot of this has to do with Crucible and Cabal beating, that's what I have heard. The clearing of vuln's is countering Iron Patriot.
Scopely: We encourage theory crafting in CC.
f2p/light spenders: Uses Cabal to help beat the best character in the game.
Scopely/Krakens: NOT LIKE THAT!

My brother in Christ, I am over here drowning trying to just T4 my apoc teams and get stars for the crucible parts of those teams, and trying to stay current enough with CC teams to not just get 0 score from being matched against people 2x my power levels. I'm not even able to assemble the teams to get Dormammu unlocked. Mephisto is so far out of my scope of things right now that I honestly don't know why I even watched this video. I literally won't get him for years. At the current rate they're giving us T4s and training materials, I should be able to unlock him sometime in 2036.
So my guess why this is happening is for 2 reasons. 1st their sales for Crimson gear are low and 2 the krakens cried that Mephisto wasn't giving them auto wins in CC and War. This is a horrible change 99% of the community. The clearing vulnerables change is to try to make Cabal useless in CC against him , which is BS because they are supposed to be apex team in CC and they required them for a ton of events and made us build them to the moon. So if they can't beat Mephisto in CC i feel like i waste resources.
why waste time upgrading mephisto. he is out of reach for 99% of players. not sure who the brain trust is that is making these decisions at the scopely ivory tower
that's actually simple Old Man Logan, they make him to sreong so they buff mephisto.

They buffed him before the trial ends to screw people over on the last node. Fantastic!

lol no. maybe i get there eventually (still cant get my ass up for skrull and been half the way there but its so damn unfun for a pvp toon with hardcounter*s) or scopley managed it at last somehow to screw me away, i mean at the end of the day we non-kraken are only still around because of the community and people like boilon, boomer or dorky. god i miss taco.
at some point we have our raidtoons at crimson but i will still refuse to build something just because of dd.
Do you know if they’ve tested the OML trial version of Mephisto with these changes to make sure they don’t get applied to him. I know they’re not supposed to but this is Scopely and it will be a Friday afternoon when the changes go live…
Im on the last node for dd6. Then hopefully get some red gear and stockpile gold.

Tech team? Probably not for a while no, Mystic would be next being replaced so Pegasus has still some lifeblood I reckon. Bionic Avengers though thats not even the raid team lol.
