    This was so amazing and timely as I have been trying to learn handstands for a while. Hopefully once my elbow is fully healed I am give more time to it. Great work as always Erica!

    Tip #5 is sooo crucial. Developing the confidence to safely fall out of a handstand in a wide variety of ways is key to being able to take your handstands into more situations.

      Absolutely! I see a lot of people hold back and hesitate to try change their technique because they're worried it will make them fall over. Once you feel comfortable falling, you'll be able to make progress so much faster!
