Tip #5 is sooo crucial. Developing the confidence to safely fall out of a handstand in a wide variety of ways is key to being able to take your handstands into more situations.
Absolutely! I see a lot of people hold back and hesitate to try change their technique because they're worried it will make them fall over. Once you feel comfortable falling, you'll be able to make progress so much faster!
We can 2 paw stand on r hind legs, now we need to practis on r front legs! 🤗
Fun warmups are definitely the way to go! It starts the training session off with the right vibe! 😁
