Although that may seem to be the fairy tale. Littermate syndrome is very real. It’s certainly better to separate siblings. Shelter volunteer here in Euclid Ohio btw.
@@lovinbosco they usually give me meds fairly fast. It's faster now that we recognize it. But I would get hysterical pretty fast, meds were administered pretty fast because of that. I've never had one work itself out. I wish I had a better answer for you. I'm sorry.
@@lovinbosco not long, but I ask for something while talking to my doctor or even tbe anesthesiologist to reduce them BEFORE I have any procedure that requires general anesthesia. Usually pain meds and a sedative do the trick. I hope that helps. 🤗

One of my girls was stressed after surgery and her vet brought her to the couch and gave her cuddles until the drugs had worn off. I literally have the best vet
Seeing this it makes me feel bad that they have to be spayed or neutered. I know that is an irrational thought. It has to be done. Just seeing this baby confused and afraid because her body feels different seems sad. I know I know just a thought.
