I can't even describe with my own words what Sora means to me. He has been my best friend for years, and he still is. I was six when I first played Kingdom Hearts, and he was always there for me. He taught that friendship matters, that helping others is precious, but most importantly, he saved my childhood. I wouldn't be myself if it wasn't for him, he grew up with me and made me the guy that I am right now. I am twenty, and I will never thank him enough for always being by my side, for always being my friend. Sora and Kingdom Hearts willll always be one of the most important things in my life.

He's my favorite character, and I love him.
But that's exactly why I'm glad he's alone now. He was trusted with too much pressure, and just rolled down with it. That's not healthy. He needs now to figure himself out.
Admittedly, when I played KH2 for the first time (first KH game I ever played), I didn't much like Sora at first. Having played as Roxas and identified with him so much. It made me sad when Roxas was replaced.
But then as I played the game and learnt more about the other games, I came to like and respect Sora. How he is kind to everyone, no matter what. How he never gives up. How he can fight so strongly against all odds.
While Roxas is my favourite character from Kingdom Hearts, Sora has become another favourite of mine. He is an excellent protagonist for games like these.
I really love Sora. I think we all share this feeling because we're here. I'm sorry if this gets like, super sappy or something like that, I'm watching this really late into the night and I tend to get really deep in my feels around this time. So please give me, a 32 year old, this chance to be sappy or cheesy or whatever. There's something special about Sora, something that really resonates with me, even if I struggle to put it into words. Such a good character. Like some friend I've known for a long time. Some other friends I've known.. even really close ones, they've come and gone. But somehow Sora is still here and I don't think he's going anywhere. My wish.. is to be even more like him. Selfless and helping others.
And as I'm watching this video.. here come the tears as I expected. Thank you for putting this thing together ❤
