    I don't know what he's done to that suzuki but she surely got some ponies

    • @stevestiffler9120
      @stevestiffler9120 5 лет назад +17

      Pretty sure it’s stock. This kid knows how to hold her wide and let her sang

    • @121xc
      @121xc 5 лет назад +2

      I wondered the same. My guess is probably signaling last lap...

    • @MrBFII715
      @MrBFII715 5 лет назад +4

      That's the 250 B class, not limited so it's not stock. It still doesn't look shockingly fast either, ponies.. More like unicorns or sumpin'

    • @justinlambertoutdoors6313
      @justinlambertoutdoors6313 5 лет назад +2

      just because its the slowest bike in the class does not mean its not just as capable as other bikes

    • @GreyeTate
      @GreyeTate 5 лет назад +3

      Lonnie McDonald it’s a Bar X Suzuki dude...it’s far from stock but his start wasn’t the greatest so it’s not like it’s a beast of a bike either. Austin Black is a good rider

    Were you using Nitrous going through the sand section? The 2-3-2-2 in the rhythm section was fast but the next lap going Ronnie Mac 2-3-3-1 was killer.

    Damn hell of a job pushing to the finish!

    • @actionsportster7686
      @actionsportster7686 5 лет назад +2

      my thought exactly ... his corner speed is what kept in it, and what pushed him to the front (twice).

    • @roryrohrer7640

      What makes even more impressive is he did it on a 250f

    • @aaronmarzec2018

      Eddie Rohrer funny thing is that 250f class in Supercross and Motocross produce faster lap times than 450 class

    What's up with him getting the lapper flag wove at him there at the end

  • @stevestiffler9120

    Didn’t know who Austin Black was until I saw him ride at Mammoth. He’s the real deal. Put on a absolute clinic in a stock suzuki 250. Could be a suzuki commercial.

    So I'm from the 2 stroke days....its interesting to me so many guys are riding 250s in the 450 class now. And seem to be putting down faster laps...is this due to the lighter weight of the bike or the overrev/power delivery?

    • @EarthSurferUSA
      @EarthSurferUSA 5 лет назад

      Same with the pros. Often the 250 class is faster. I have been watching the live lap times on the net.

    I am surprised, with his reflexes, he did not just "blip" over the bike in his first crash. I wish a pro racer can pass this much, (like RC did), but the tracks are too easy for the pros, and everybody is the same average speed.

    That was my racing career. I had a flash of brilliance about 1% of the time on the track, so I became a machinist/engineer and now build fast little 2-stroke engines for a living. Thank God for MX and our free market, (what is left of it). :)

    I wonder if this kid has a lot of good experience on a 125? He rides a 4-stroke like that is true. I think you can learn some good aggression on a 125 2-stroke, passing guys like they are worms on the ground.
