So excited for this series! Would love to see similar onboarding, but when there are more choices to be made, all of which affect price; and/or where the price is unique in each situation and varies by more than one choice selected by the client

@@LaylaPomper I literally went on there and nerded out for 3 hours and created an automation for the inquiry process, which send different emails based on the responses on the form and I’m estatic lmao so thank you 🙏🏾
This is the ONE Step I've been missing! Quick question though! How would you handle the process if the amount isn't a fixed amount? Or you have to enter some custom information into the contract? Thats really my sticking point now! Any thoughts? PS Love your videos! They have been sooooooo helpful in setting up my systems!

What I've set up here is just going in one direction -- it's telling QBO, "Hey! Create an invoice!" Then, it tells me whether or not QBO completed that request. If I wanted to know whether or not the invoice was *paid*, that'd be a seperate scenario or step where I'd ask QBO, "Look up Invoice # and tell me if it's paid." If I added that module - yes! - we could get that data.

Yes I found Zapier had a lot of obstacles especially with between salesforce and Eventbrite.
Yeah, it's tough when the functions you need don't work as you'd expect!
Does the Quickbooks integration let Integromat know if the invoice was paid?
