For the last several months I have been attempting to create a peyote pattern that someone very dear to me gave me. I kept running into exactly the problem you describe in starting the project. I found your invention by accident on You Tube. I am placing an order and can not wait to try your tool. Thank you to you and your husband for thinking of others. This is what makes America great, the ability for us to think of things like this, invent them, create them and manufacture a creative tool such as this. I have traveled and lived all over the world and have never encountered a country such as ours. I hope we never destroy this feeling of entrepreneurship that has made America so wonderful. Thank you.
I got interested in beading some years back; peyote is tough, to say the least. Then I ran across these; they are easy to use, very durable & peyote is a breeze with these!!! I LOVE THESE CARDS!!!!💗💗💗 Thank you!!!!!
What a great tutorial and brilliant tool that Deb created. I can see using this to start all of my peyote projects. It is also great for someone who is just learning to stitch.
I got my Quick Start Peyote Cards today and I absolutely love them! I always got stuck at the start of the peyote stitch. These cards have truly made this stitch so much easier. Thanks!!
You have a beautiful voice. Very pleasant and soothing. Makes your video tutorial stand out from the rest. Also, that quick start guide is a really good tool to have!
Thanks Gina! Isn't it amazing that such a simple tool can make peyote so much easier? I'm waiting for Deb to come up with tools to solve all my other beading challenges! :)
It's like training wheels for learning how to do peyote stitch! I wish I would have had one of these when I first started out. No need now. Great for beginners though! ;)
I have a 288 wide tapestry panel in brick stitch of the Last Supper. I can usually start peyote stitch easily enough, but counting out 576 beads for the first 2 rows AND keeping it straight was tedious. 10 cards taped together would have made the task so much simpler. Now I'll be able to take on other tapestries with a lot less work! Thanks!
Hi! Glad you liked the video! Deb sells the Quick Start Peyote Tool on her website. Please check at the bottom of the description area of this video for the link. Her site is called PatternsToBead
I love that! Training wheels for peyote stitch! Maybe Deb can create something like the Quick Start Peyote tool for every beading technique there is. Wouldn't that be nice?! Thanks for the comment!
These are nice but not worth the price. A thin plastic instead of thin cardboard would be the way to go, cardboard will rip and fall apart after so much use. Then if one wants to continue doing this they will have to buy another peyote card. For the price, I can make my own, lots cheaper.
Hello Again.. As I said I think this invention is awesome, however, I am running into problems dividing rows 1 & 2 in normal patterns... ( okay, I'm an airhead )...Would you be so kind as to explain how to do this ? God Bless !!
I have bought these size 11 cards for Delicas and size 11 seed beads, however I find that the seed beads do not sit nicely in the grooves like the Delicas do. Does anyone else have this problem and any suggestions?? thank you
I got the combo set and am using 11/0 miyuki delicas. They don't fit in the size 11 card and are all wonky. I'm following your video so what am I doing wrong?

They have them at art stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby, also I’ve seen them at Walmart. And they’re not expensive at all.

This is not what I was searching for.

Buy a full grown cactee
Cut it in thin slices
Eat them
Happy trippin
Lol they sold the title. Misleading.
