The world is waiting to see how ICAI responds to all these problems and I desperately hope that they work harder on implementing solutions than trying to suppress voices.

Magnificent Sir. The irresponsibility of ICAI needs to be exposed and it needs to take action on this. Students have been suffering from these irregularities in their system. The body who teaches us audit is itself having deficiencies in its internal control mechanism.

Thanks for this video sir, I will be checking it regularly now onwards. This silent update of modules by ICAI is completely irresponsible, upsetting and unprofessional. Due to this rotten mechanism many students may fail in upcoming attempts.
These things cannot continue for long time in todays world. ICAI will have to change for the better and sooner.

Sir ,this idea is best to confess ICAI at the beginning that they will pass only top 7k -10k students like in IAS /IPS exams
and rank should be mentioned in results for every student, for example if icai has set that every candidate under rank 10000 should pass, so if a student having answered answers correctly enough to score 400/800 wont feel sad as he did earlier as now he knows that he failed because he is not in the top 10000

To Become CA.. Ranking System Is Kindly Fair System As Compare To Examiner's Mood System.....If ICAI Want To Maintain Demand And Supply Of CA Profession Then They Should Check The Paper Correctly And Apply Ranking System In Exams= Students Needs To Clear Both Groups Simultaneously In An Attempt (No Exemption Facility)And They Have To Come Under 10k Our 5k Rankers To Clear The Exams Thats IT
predefined ranking system should be followed but exemtion should not get removed, student should be given option to score even better than he did earlier if he could, to improve his chances of getting the eligible rank, but if a student already got around 80 earlier and thinks that there is no space for improvement than why should he give the exam again, exemption is necessary
Sir i just saw yr video and i did i am studying from self study only, it is a very humble can you please provide any way how to properly verify all these ammendments... This video was really helpful and i was shocked for idt ammendment ... I only knew about corrigendum
Worse. There are 3 mistakes identified by most people including teachers in Paper 6D in CA Final. However, no corrigendum was issued regarding those mistakes. Moreover, questions related to these mistakes were also asked in May 2022 exams.

20-25 lakh min lawyers fees and icai can hire more multiple lawyers and have infinite money to spend they will find a way to charge you monetary compensation in the end for the case of defamation and even if they are ordered to change stuff it will take alot of time they might bring something even worse
Yes u can, but icai is the supreme body in accounting mainly in India so ego issues will come into picture.they will do everything to cancel ur membership by using any technique.
I totally agree with you sir, infact in CS as well the same issue is faced. I appeared in 2020 and i was preety sure that i will bring good marks but on two papers they failed me. Then after that my enthusiasm went down and I am sure that it's their wish whether to make someone pass or fail.

Sir they don't understand , you are not failing a student you are killing their hope.. Sir , i have seen people lose their confidence and self-esteem due to this course , and ab ye worth nahi lagta...ye paper 10x hard kar de koi problem nahi hai , par jo deserve karte hai unko fail karna should be unethical.

ICAI only doing business n play with students life .
We need transperancy.
Wasted so many years for this course. Ultimately got disillusioned after comparing my answers with the suggested answers. Went into depression, have never been able to read books after that day and I was a bookworm before. ICAI has ruined the lives of so many students. Now I always recommend students to consider CMA or some other courses instead.
Seeing this video i think its not worth attempting CA exams given that the course is just a joke for the organisers and my success depends on the examiners "Mood" that day.
Icai shows itself growing tremendously in world in all interviews....while it dont even listen to students and teachers
We require new icai where students ,teachers ,members concerns listen and solved quickly ,all problems remove as early as possible by the institute.
Icai require efficient menforce in their examination department
This is the possible solution as per my knowledge and experience.
Give solutions to icai as much we can so that icai have to just follow them only.

It's such a shame to see the so-called "world's leading accounting body" indulge in such gimmicks. Perhaps the reason why ICAI is no longer respected as much as it was done earlier...

Sir, I got 32 in May 22 attempt in tax and I'm damn sure that I had written answers for 45+ marks
CA Final FSCM (Elective Paper) December 2021 Suggested Answer is not having MCQ solution. An email sent to them on 17/9/22, not received any reply, also a reminder email sent on 22/9/22 not received any reply. Also not replying on BOS Ask Your Query section. They expect from students everything but without providing them everything.

Sir me bhi yahi same soch raha tha. Ki CA final me bhi upsc ki tarah ranking base pass system honi chahiye. Suppose top 5%, ya top 10% students ko pass karenge.
Isse CA ki demand bhi maintain hogi, aur students ke sath injustice bhi nahi hoga.
Ham agar iss chiz ki demand icai ke samne rakhenge, to baki Sare problems apne aap solve ho jayenge. Kyuki ICAI pass percentage me chhedchhad isiliye karta he ki use demand maintain karni he.
Then what will be the difference between that rubbish UPSC AND ICAI, Then many students will not be able to crack it though they may have great skills but they will start feeling demotivated this will be same as what happens in JEE exams and UPSC exams
I guess CA is not in demand and hence they are purposely doing this. Idk but i feel like I should not opt for CA

simple they should define that according to the demand, for ex 10000, only top 10000 scorers will become CA's just like in competitive exams, rank based passing

In feb 2019 I had ordered books for nov 19 attempts but they gave May 2017 publication except for tax subject 😡 due to which my entire study got f*cked up

Foundation preparation tips:
Law naya he as compared to other subjects bcoz u will be going through law for the first time. Do 1 thing go to youtube and search for Ankita Patni Mam, she have uploaded few lectures and whole revision videos too.
Koi bhi 1 chapter ka video dekho and don't go through next chapter immediately, video k saath me hi module ko bhi refer Karna. And once video done, go through the videos by yourself quickly and solve test your knowledge questions. Ho jayega 1-2 baar revise karoge toh
And for other subjects I didn't watched any videos woh mne khud hi preparation kiya tha. So don't worry and give your best to the maximum👍

Ssly sir, bahut he pathetic checking h icai ka. If i would have aware of this earlier, so i have not been opted this CA course. May 22 attempt me mera paper bahut he acha gaya tha, i was expecting exemption in law and tax paper. But sirf 42 44 aise marks diye hai.. Aise to hamari sari mehnat waste he ho rahi h
Aajkal paise kamane ke liye degree hi chahiye aise jaruri nahi ..... Bcz of this I hv stopped suggesting this course to any junior ..... Bcz now a days students are facing this depression issue even in small small things and if they got stuck in this then dnt knw whr our youth will stand in near future

I disagree. ICAI is a shrewd businessman, who exploits it's consumers, I. e. It's students. That's what power of monopoly does. In Economics, we had studied these concepts in theory, aaj practical me dekh bhi liya.
Sir u pointed out 1 things that's vry real is that... What student mentally suffer when she sees that her ans is right bt den also she is fail. Aise tym me hope kahi bacha hi nai..mind bht dark place me chala jata h ki akhir pass hone k liye kya kare?? Pura life issi me laga de?? It's nt just frustrating bt places us in a vry dark place mentally. Our life suffers, our family suffers. This needs to stop.
In my opinion need should be better understanding on subjects and not the descriptive knowledge of word to word section provision or rules with their numbers anyone can just memorise the answers word to word and forget it after exam and have a ca degree with not a lot of understanding with respect to practical knowledge

sadly preparing for final exams after 3 years of articleship feels so not professional exam like mugging up all sections just to forget after exams once i pass

Average Salary of CA fresher in 2011 was 5-7 lakh p.a
Average Salary of CA fresher in 2022 is 6 to 7.5 lakh p.a
Inflation index of 2011-12 was =184
Inflation index of 2022-23 is= 331
Means In this 11 years Inflation rises from 2011 to 2021 is whooping 80%
And salary's of a chartered accountants rises only 10-15%
Where 3-4 articles required to do a particular task in one CA office at that time i.e( in year 2011), Now the same work is done by one Article only due to technology.
Salary of chartered accounts is less then MBA and Bcom qualified from a top collages
Accountants monthly earnings is more then chartered accountant in jobs now days
It clearly shows that Artificial intelligence will going to effects very severely to future Chartered accountants...
Nobody comes to CA for tax filling now days ( many apps are available )
With making Ease of business initiative Government is increasing the limit for GST audit and tax audit. Soon MCA will also set higher limit for company audit.Very tough times for CAs ahead
Proposed statutory audit relaxation for 99% companies by NFRA( Major upcomming threat)
CA certification not required for MCA form now.
ACCA is stealing the jobs of CA
Many big20 and consultancy firms are prefering ACCA, CFAs over Chartered accountants..
CA is the kind of degree which has no value if you don't have good practical experince in your articleship.. If you want to build strong career in CA profession you must have to do you articleship from top 10 firms of India.. Other wise you have to struggle a lot even after Post qualifications.. Many practicing CA are struggling for there bread and butter..due to low. Client base.
The main reason is why ICAI increasing the difficulty level of Papers and supressing the pass percentage is demand of CA's in industry is very less..
As we are witnessing the downfall of pass percentage of CA inter in recent attempts..
It is estimated that work of Qualified charterd accountant will reduce to 50% and Demand of Articles will reduce to 20% after 3-5 years
Advice for current students
Start focusing on one more fields with CA course..
For example
CA + sharemarket
CA + Machine learning/Data analytics
CA + MBA from top college
CA+ Business

Main AEPS (Aadhar Enable Payment system) ke through cash withdrawal karta hun , but main apne current account se bhi privet transection krte Hai or customer se 1% charge krte Hai, account ki total transection around 1.75cr tak ho gya Hai, Maine ITR bhi bhar rkhi Hai 4.09L ki , please sir btaiye koi diktat nhi namaste hogi aage chal ke 🙂
Sir, i registered for intermediate in aug through direct entry. I have to complete 9 months of practical training so my attemp for both the groups is nov 23. Now I'm confused about the syllabus. Should i order the books of currect pattern or wait for icai to issue new study material. Please help

There are speculations that new syallbus will be introduced from Nov 23 onwards so wait for a while. You can study Practical subjects like Cost and Accounts because they won't have much changes
@shubham Same issue , i am also thinking whether to order now or wait but wait for how long..since there will be new scheme for nov23 ..but because we have registered before the announcement of new pattern ..we will remain part of current scheme of 8subjects
