Would you consider doing a video on what points need to be oiled to ensure the device continues work correctly?

Do you guys have a video for the newer push button start up and how to check that. I’m currently working with support as my machine won’t start right now

We do not. Support has some docs.

Since it appears you know this is a recurring problem and not an isolated incident maybe change future production to use a sealed switch unit and this problem will be avoided altogether.
Is the fan a goesinta or goesouta ? Pumping air laden with sawdust into the control box does not seem like a good design and since the fan is directly in line with the switch is probably what is stuffing the switch body full of sawdust.
If that much sawdust got in the switch the rest of the box interior must be packed with sawdust too. Do you have a video showing how to clean the entire box out and also a recommended schedule for doing so based on hours of use?
Seems like it would be easy to build a run time counter into the software to track how long its been powered up and then pop up periodic maintenance reminders to clean the control box, clean and oil the rails, and whatever else needs to be done on a schedule.

Best to us dust collection and keep the controller farthest away form the machine as you can.

Build a housing/box for it and have filters with a fan to bring filtered/clean air into the environment. Mount this all under the table so as to keep it clean.
