I've been crying nonstop today because I've gained some weight here recently. Drew Barrymore is one of my favorite celebrities, and this made me feel better about myself. She goes up and down on her weight and still remains confident. I need to learn that for myself.

Try to remember that most of the time everyone else is too busy obsessing about their own weight, hair, skin, whatever, etc. to even remotely notice your weight. Work at it if you don't feel healthy in your fuller form, but don't do it for other people.

MsRainbow Brite my grandmother now has four sons, one daughter, 20 grandchildren and one and a half great grandchildren so whenever she tells my a story and I ask which cousin it was she simply goes "the little one" or whatever physical description she can come up with at that moment which is not very effective because we all actually look alike.
