Hi Tom, sorry for the late reply! I know what you mean, putting the rails in place is the hardest part after flatten the aluminium boards. However I learned a trick from another T40 owner, which is spreading some soap water on the rails before you try to get them in place, it makes a HUGE difference. So I always bring a spread bottle (£1.5 from IKEA) with some soap water, try it and good luck!

Hi Timothy, after couple of outings, I now can set the T40 up in about 30 - 40 mins, the biggest challenge is fitting the aluminium boards.
