Very reasonable price, but still after we complete the house if you average it with total cost & sqft it will cross 2200+, because of variation in tiles qouted price, compound wall,parking tiles, overhead tank, spectic tank and any addition like elevation tiles and electrical fittings. So, be prepared always have extra 30% cost in hand to avoid cash crunch at ending stage.

As I'm in this field. This is quite a tough task to maintain these material specifications as prices vary every week after covid. So be aware of these fancy prices per sqft because at the middle of the project they say that all the material rates were increased and you will have no other option to pay what they asks for the construction to complete. So choose the contractor or builder wisely and not mainly from the RUclips.

@@umamaheswari604 i can provide you the whole excel sheet for a 6000 sq ft project that I'm currently working on, even without my profit the cost is adding up close to 2000, so if an engineer can compromise in his ethics and quality very well they can build at any cost. Not just profit !!!

Bro recent ah Siva Builders Scam exposed...finding genuine Builder is very big task...don't go by youtube videos..do your own research and get customer feedback of the builder and see the construction quality. Check Payment Terms and then Proceed...otherwise it will end legal tussle
