I love this set I know you struggle but they came out really pretty and I like SXC polygel also I'm excite to try LongHairPrettyNails new polygel it's called Patty Gel I think

I have this one and a couple others of this brand and I only paid $12 each. I love working with them. Also when a Polygel is a little on the softer side if you set in a cold water it will thicken and vise versa a stiff one in hot soften it up and be easier to work with.
You are knocking it out the park with these videos and them being consistent and you posting on a regular basis and your sets always come out nice sorry it gave you so much trouble I’m not going to buy this one that’s for sure Happy Monday thanks for sharing
I've used that brand and they had good deals on them, tip freeze polygel if it's to runny or put in ice cold water to stiffen it , and I love the nail set there cute 😍
You gotta be talented to make crappy polygel work and turn out this well haha ! Beautiful beautiful set ! I’d love this for a spring set or even Easter!
This set came out pretty even though you had trouble, I love the stilettos. I won't even buy polygel kits that come with pink anymore. It's like they're in every kit and im over it, lol.
This video was a game changer, I have tried using a brush for polygel (synthetic - as thats what u get with every kit 😔) but I used a Kolinsky brush same make as your changed my whole application, it's so smooth now!! Thank you!! 👍😁
I noticed that the polygel gives sort of a cornstarch and water effect When you touch it, it's stiff but when you don't, it's runny. Love this set tho🤍
Girl I just did a set with these the other night. I decided to use the pink one and it was a nightmare and so frustrating. I have other Polygels and know how to use them but mine was sooo runny! Ugh I’m hella mad too cuz the colors are so pretty. I’m glad u said the purple and white were more stiff cuz I definitely wanna use those colors. Doubt I’ll ever be using that pink again either 😆 ur set was on point despite the struggle. They always are!! 💜💜💜
I bought this brand, but a different kit. I did find it stick but actually, the polygel was strong. I never had any breaks with any of the colors. I used pretty much all of it🤩
One of the prettiest sets actually. No matter how crappy vrenmol is,they offer awesome unique colors . I agree! I would not pay 20$ either. I HAVE TO recreate this rose gold tough. It must be doable with gold and pink glitter in clear gel🙈i hope so
I have always saw Vrenmol I hope the price doesn't spiral up after this review tho. But the tubes are empty that is not good 🥁🧐. Thanks for sharing my Gurll Vic you the best. 💕🎀
I love this set. I've not tried the poly gel but did try vrenmol glow in the dark acrylic and I did like it. That was so bogus that the tubes come half empty.
Hey Vic you should try out Pink Mask Polygel! I was put on by another nail tech and i may actually like them better than makartt🤭 They’re cheaper, stiff consistency, and come in 60 mL! Their gel polish is amazing too
Yeah I was gonna say that’s not white at all but still a nice color. Love that glitter purple even tho it was hard to work with you still did an amazing job as always
what efile do you use ? i see the makartt drill bits but are you also using a makartt efile? and the sanding bands? sorry i just want to use good stuff on my clients as well as myself lol
i’ve heard many dermatologists say that you shouldn’t cut your cuticles, but why does almost every nail artist cut their cuticles? /gen btw, i might’ve only found your channel about two days ago, but i already love it.
You can remove the cuticle but it's the eponychium you gotta be careful with. The cuticle is really dead skin flakes and the eponychium is the flap. If you cut the eponychium too deep it can cause problems.
Yea I have a kit that brand and I thought it was just me. It’s us sticky and running I actually have two one rainbow color kit and a glitter kit the glitter kit is way better then the solid color ones.
You definitely need to use a gel base coat under the polygel in order for it to adhere. If you don't, there's a very good chance that the polygel will separate from your natural nails or nail tips if you use those. You will have lifting and the sets won't last. Hope this helps you!
@@teewarrior4921 lightly buff the natural nails to remove the shine.....don't over file them! Adhere the nail tips (I use base coat to do this instead of regular nail glue. I find it less damaging to my nails and it doesn't break down the way glue does). Apply primer and dehydrator if you use that. Then a very thin layer of base coat and cure it. Then apply the polygel. It takes a little practice but it's not difficult. Good luck!!

I noticed that the polygel gives sort of a cornstarch and water effect

Yes!! its so fun to try all these different polygels!
I love these 😍🔥

Wow so pretty ❤️❤️
Ouu Love them nails 😍
Really cute set! But it sucks they had 3 of the same color. You are so right it looked difficult to work with

Bombbbbb!!!!!!!😍
The bomb 💅
I love this set so pretty. Did you cure the other colours like are they colour changing to hot and cold? Maybe see they be great if that’s the case. 💜
Very nice 💜
I think they are beautiful
I love what u do
Love it
❤️❤️
Very pretty 😍
You should try brushing of your nails after filing. Then the base coat won't look grainy. Also, I really like this set.
Cute set
Love the set.🤩🤩.... I was wondering if you can do zodiac sets? Starting with Pisces 🥰
Yeah I was gonna say that’s not white at all but still a nice color. Love that glitter purple even tho it was hard to work with you still did an amazing job as always
Hey Vic ❤️❤️
hey!!
Longevity wise, how well do they stay on with base coat? I want to try poly gel and being a tech myself I switch out my nails often
This set came out really nice tho
How do you get such good clarity and so evenly distributed cause my polygel is very sticky and keeps moving at times
what efile do you use ? i see the makartt drill bits but are you also using a makartt efile? and the sanding bands? sorry i just want to use good stuff on my clients as well as myself lol
vic how long do you Keep your sets on? or do you do your nails frequently?

If that makes sense😭
I have the same dappen dish 🥰🥰🥰
Your nails 💅🏼look beautiful 😍
What gem stones did you use on your nails for this nails tutorial?
Pretty nails.
Ugh I have their black and hot pink kit in my cart right now 🤦🏻♀️ going to delete it! Set looks amazing ❤️
But the middle looks great how I see it💜
Does using base coat rather than glue to put on the nail tips make them last longer?
I think it was great . Maybe ur just use to the other gels because they looked great for the price.
Vic can you do a vid on a affordable gel polish set
Yea I have a kit that brand and I thought it was just me. It’s us sticky and running I actually have two one rainbow color kit and a glitter kit the glitter kit is way better then the solid color ones.
Whoops should have watched this video before ordering 😅
hey vic ! how do you use glitter on polygel?
I’m a gelx tech but I want to learn poly gel what’s the liquid she’s using to form the polygel?
Can you post the link to the dappen dish? Thanks Vic!
Really cute set...pitty that gels weren't up to par...but that's what a review is for right to try stuff and give your opinion
Do you have to use base coat when doing polygel nails??? Does it make them last longer???
