I see more and more people out hiking with their dog, are you never concerned with coyotes, as I never see dogs with like a coyote vest hiking, I have a small min pin, who loves to hike. Id love to start taking him on thru hikes and hikes I know he can handle but I worry about the coyotes, they seem to be everywhere lately. I hear them outside my home almost nightly, my dog would be on leash but does anyone use a coyote vest for peace of mind…??
Hi! I have the thicker version (9+10mm). I use a 5 foot ekko leash, and a 3 foot kenzo connector as the part that goes around my waist. I hope that helps!
