I got my son one of these over the weekend and your video was a great help and was a total success on his first drone flight👍❤️This is an amazing drone for the cost and shoots great footage,as well as super fast💪❤️👍

I love this drawing because the camera can look straight forward downward and upward and that is so cool how you flew on the all the palm trees and was looking up at the sky in the palm trees that is so tight

Just bought one and on opening I was surprised to see the organization of everything and they give ya 4 sets of blades. That thing is quick.
I bought my 10 year old son this drone (we’ve never own one before ) so getting going it’s been a challenge and I was having second thoughts.. after watching your video I’m glad I got it. Thanks a lot for your detailed video👍

watched several videos on this drone, this is the MOST comprehensive by far!!!! this was the only one that gave a clear enough view of the phone actually being held in place to get mine held in. its the little things that make the biggest differences

The left antenna is an actual antenna. If you look at pivot point you will see a black wire leading up the plastic. It has a flat square antenna built inside with +@- hookups.
I love your videos this is like the second video I seen with your aerial view of your neighborhood man very nice shots nice camera footage and I seen this drone in person at Walmart and I want it it's pricey but affordable if I will buy a Dji drone I will buy this I'm just trying to figure out the last drone you flew because soon as you took to the air well just fine up and down the street I knew it was you what you doing for this drawing it was a whole nother drawing could have been a Maverick it could have been a sky Viper it was something that you flew and you went out and did the flight range nice videos I appreciate it

Thanks, it is a nifty budget drone… It even does a few things the Mavic mini doesn’t (like face the camera fully upwards and it even does ‘follow-me’ which the mini can’t do). So it’s a nice inexpensive alternative that takes decent photographs...
@@rx344 yeah the mini doesnt do that but the mini gimbal is amazing..even with winds of 25 mph the drone and camera are pretty stady

This video is epic! I just got the SKY RIDER PHOENIX QUADCOPTER for Christmas. I really am not all that interested in drones. However, I'll give it a try and see how I do. If I'm successful, I hope to be as experienced as you are when it comes to flying mine. You did a well done job on this and the views were spectacular! Only in S. Florida can you see views like this.

Looks like a great clone of the DJI Mavic Pro. I gave my Mavic to my grandson but found I missed having a drone. I bought one of these refurbished for $99. Comes with the complete kit. Great review!

Just curious how you can fly so far and still have video feed, I have this same drone and can’t seem to stay connected when flying around houses or more than a couple 100 yards or so. What’s the trick?
Your phone might not have the same range

Thanks, it does take great photographs, but does not have a 2 or 3 axis gimbal to stabilize the video (although you can stabilize it using software afterwards)...

@@rx344 Looks like an option for aerial photography where you don't want to risk a Mavic Pro II, Does it handle well in the wind
and how many MP for photo's? Does it have return to home?
It does handle wind very well (with its powerful brushless motors) and it also has return-to-home (and GPS capabilities) it also has a 2K resolution at 4MP...
I just got one for Christmas and I love it I only flew it once and I love the brushless motors it is super smooth.and I didn't expect it to be that dame fast

The antennas are functional not just for looks. If you look carefully you can see a wire going to each one.
Was the max range for one of this? Also is the dji mavic 2 mini worth the extra money? Thoughts

New subscriber here. I've been flying R/C planes since the 80's and heli's for 20 years, but just got a drone the other day and I gotta say, they're quite fun. So I can see a collection starting in the near future. I started with the Aeroview and I think I'm gonna get the Pheonix next. Hard to believe the Pheonix is under a hundred bucks with everything it comes with. Btw, where in Fl. are you? I used to live in Seminole county.

Is there no video stabalization? The image was jumping all over the place, or perhaps you were flying too fast for the frame rate? Of course, you can always use post production to stabalize the video I guess. Other than that, it looks like a good drone to own. Especially with the 180º camera. Thanks for the review.

Mines came with three boxes of extra propellers. All I seen is one in yours. Are did you get three?

It's really hard to control 😭 I had mines flying into trees and on the roof...and how do you move the camera? I didn't see an option for that
PLEASE! Does anybody know if you can or even need to balance cells or put into a storage mode, or even just be able to check volts on individual cells. I know of no checker that will fit on the battery.

How do you know when its fully charged the lights flash when I plug mine in but that's it they dont go solid or do anything when charged just keep flashing
The green lights stop flashing on mine
4 hours full charge
The lights do stop flashing when it's charged. It can take 3-5 hours to charge as the manual says. Also, the app for your phone will help this drone achieve its full potential. To use it to it's extent you have to change settings from the app.

Yes, in fact, a phone isn’t even required to fly, take pictures, and even record video with this drone... The phone is mainly needed for FPV and some of the advanced features (such as way-points and follow-me)...

Some VTI drones have a Return To Home feature on signal loss. I know the Skyhawk does (even if it is a bit wonky.)

120 meters max set within the firmware of the drone i have went 100 meters with is 343 ft at night but I always loose video transmission after 70 or so meters

For the demo it's not a race car show the actual footage of going in the back of the house and picturing the backyard go up altitude how does it come back does it come back on a matter if you when the battery dies down what's the deal??
My first drone was the ascend 2000 series which was 70 and then this one and there is no comparison flies much better and takes the wind much easier

When will they have a virtual reality goggles to fly with? I mean that WOULD BE the closest thing to real flying.
I mean you can set up flight pedals, joystick like a real aircraft instead controlling it with a little joystick.
To me,its about simulating flying and controlling a real aircraft. Maybe they do have this stuff available?
