    As a non-native-speaker I was noticing to-overhaul-something-phrase, most often around movies, tv, etc. I like - at a loss for words, too. I think I will find a place for this phrase in my vocabulary )

    Hi Kevin and Liza,
    could you make a video about different pronunciations of the letter P? I know the aspirated and the silent P. In some cases it sounds to me that it‘s pronounced differently, for example at the end of words like cop, almost like a ‘stop p’. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks. A doubt, Can I use approachable and down-to-earth interchangeably?

    • @galian151
      @galian151 Год назад +1

      The way I see it, those two words are not totally interchangeable.
      Approachable = friendly and easy to talk to.
      Down-to-earth = approachable + others qualities like being practical and reasonable.
      Mind you, both of these two words are relevant when it comes to talking about a boss.
