Thanks for sharing such a great idea. I'm going to look on Amazon for those hooks. I know what you mean about having lots of laundry to do and was wondering if I was going to have to pack a lot of extra clothes. Now i know I can wash things out and keep the weight of the luggage reasonable. I look forward to learning something new from each of your videos. Keep them coming!
I have used the shampoo supplied by the hotel/cruise. It works great and I don't have to buy and pack anything else. Think Woolite for wool/protein fibers which is your hair. Works great and leaves your clothes soft. I like the idea of magnet for laundry too. Thanks for posting
I have a 7 day cruise in three weeks, so i won't need them there, but I have a three week Panama Canal cruise next October, where laundry charges could get rather expensive.
Great idea...thanks! I'm always suspect when a magnet manufacturer says "so-and-so" weight rating. So, I just tried using a luggage weight scale and although not entirely accurate, gave me some hope for wet pants or a sweater. Sink Suds ain't cheap but are convenient. As an alternative, maybe powdered detergent packets/ziplocs won't take up TSA liquid real estate.
The magnets will definitely hold wet pants and sweaters. I use a towel to take out some of the moisture before hanging. I have also found the collapsible hangers work well if you can’t get plastic ones. Sink Suds are definitely not cheap. I have purchased Tide travel packets too and they are good for several washes, or you can always use the body wash that is provided if you don’t have sensitive skin.
Hooks on the ceiling is a cool tip! Thanks for sharing!
Great idea, I never thought to use magnets on the ceiling! Thank you!
Loving the magnetic hooks! We have booked a 14 transatlantic cruise for next year and was worried about laundry. Thank you for posting!!
Thank you Wheelchair Adventures for sharing this tip AND getting us all set for doing laundry on the ship 😀❤
You’re welcome. Happy laundering! 😁

Thanks so much for the great ideas! I just bought the hooks but never thought of utilizing the ceiling to dry clothes! God bless you!
Thanks Sharon. It’s definitely a game changer!

Laundry can get very expensive!
Great tips!
I've watched multiple cruise videos with helpful hints. This one is THE best one yet! I can pack less clothes! Thank you!
Thank you Tammy! We have found this to be so helpful on our cruises.
Currently transatlantic aboard the Norwegian Viva. The magnetic hooks (from Amazon) work a treat.
Thank you! Great idea. 😊
Marvellous idea. Thanks 🙂
Great ideas! I wish you had a link to the hooks. I have some, but they are industrial strength, and extremely hard to get off any surface. :)
We order the Neosmuk Magnetic Hooks from Amazon, 27lbs+. They come in different colors and in packs of 10.
Thanks! I'll be getting more magnetic hooks!
The eco breeze laundry sheets are great, dissolve fast and smell great in your suitcase.
We will definitely try those. Thank you!

I use detergent sheets (not dryer sheets, but they look the same).
Wow that's an awesome idea :) hi it's deb from Tasmania Australia I've just subscribed to your channel ❤ nice to be onboard :)
Welcome Deb!
Where did you get the Guinea pig socks?😊
We got them from one of those stores that just sell socks. I can’t remember the name of it. Maybe Sox. Maddie loves guinea pigs!
