Love this , a tribute to a popular band of the 60s who are fondly remembered 60 years on , well done !. A subtle alternative , with an originality that is the hallmark of good taste , respectful and profound .
You’re the second one to mention to me that it was reminiscent of Neil Young! Must be our shared inner Canadian shining through 🤠🎶 Glad you enjoyed it! 😁
Haha! Thanks to this song I’m now learning that I may sound a bit like Neil Young… and I like it! Yes indeed you nailed it! I am Canadian, we all have a bit of Neil in us for sure! Thanks for the compliment - glad you enjoyed it 🎶🤠🎶
Where? Are you talking about the intro? I’ve checked several places and they all say G. Either way Emin & G major are actually closely related (relative minor) Same notes different roots. Emin7 = E G B D - G major = G B D (F# is the 7 but I wasn’t playing it) so I can see where some people might hear an Emin when it’s a G major. Cheers 🍻
This is a reimagining by me, not meant to replace the existing version - it's just my way of paying tribute to The Beatles. My version is an attempt to mix elements from "Imagine", "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", and "Let it Be" - featuring a guest guitar solo as if Eric Clapton played it. So of course it’s not going to sound like the earlier younger band. Thanks for listening though & I hope you have a nice day. Cheers 🍻
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment, this video is meant as a tribute to a song I really enjoy by one of my favourite bands. There's no replacing the original of course, George does have some great lines from Hard Days Night. Cheers!
If you enjoy my take on this tune - consider taking a trip on over to my website & listen to more of me: Sonny Mac! Cheers! 🎶🤠🎶

I like it. Thank you for sharing and Greetings from Mexico.
Thank you very much! Cheers friend 🤠🍻🎶
Thank you for sharing ….
My pleasure!
It actually sounds like 70's era Neil Young covering this song! Even down to the wobbly tremalo guitar solo!

Neil Young on vocals?
I’ve been told I sound like him! I’ll take it lol
Neil Young joins the Beatles for a day!, its uncanny all I can hear is Neil.

Thanks a bunch! Glad you like it 🤠🎶

Really an Eminor 7 chord, not a G.

Not a bad job of it, at all!
Thanks! 🙏🏻 🤠🎶
Lacks the zest of the early Beatles
They sound tired and old. All to slow in temp.

A little bit Spector-ish! I like it!
It’s hard to avoid his production style when doing Beatles stuff, but it just sounds good! Thanks! 🤠🎶
