Some of the Changes they make are actually stylish if it fits with the cars colour like for example that exhaust mod they make (i think even in collab with Akrapovic in Urus case?) But then they hang that absolutely useless fixed spoiler there and then somehow act like "forged" carbon fiber is the new HOT shit when in reality it's just far cheaper to produce than finishing the carbon properly and alligning it. (And alot of brands ACTUALLY charge more for that "forged", at least Aston Martin and McLaren do, idk about Mansory tho, but pretty likely)

But I also didn't notice that the camera is showing 4 doors😂😂😂..... but it's customized so before it was 4 door that's why the company has set 4 doors but if the company itself made it 2 door then am sure that they are smart enough to add only 2 doors in camera
Manufacturing price isnt everything. They also spend millions on testing, engineering and all that. Also its probably the price for materials but the labour is also costly.
It isnt all that yknow, they have to recoup the expenses on research and design for the urus. And come on realistically the manufacturing cost is a couple 100k you gotta take into account the expensive labor.
