Four things that you will need to help us to CUP:
1. A Preview: of the promise of God over your life.
2. A Place: of consistent communion with God.
3. People: Right people with you.
4. Power: You need to have SUPERNATURAL POWER ( Luke 22:42-44)( an angel appeared to him from heaven, STRENGTHENING him)
Focus not just on the blood and stress, but the strength in this verse. AMEN!!

So I was just in a bad space mentally & emotionally after facing disappointments, betrayal & just life..I had this strong desire to pull away from ppl which is totally not my character... as I work prayers about not feeling like being bothered God used a friend of mine to call & follow up with a text...I reached back to my delivery of her speaking truth to every lie... from that point God has been using ppl to encourage me (I'm normally the Encourager) then my brother sent me this message & God used this message to refuel me...it reminded who I am & what pressure is all about...it reminded me not to quit but to rely on God...I wanted to give up but God sent a word!!! I've shared this with like 10 ppl....

Not my will but yours Lord! The pressure but God my only child went to the Lord 2 years ago and the pressure of everyday life and seeing his sons grow up without him it hurts but I thank God for strength and the time you allowed us together! Thank you Heavenly Father!!
