I would put Mirko on the list, he finished his career on a 10 fight winning streak, culminating with a tournament win. He probably would have kept going for a while if it weren't for the stroke. It wasn't in the UFC, so that needs to be taken into consideration, but he still had quite a bit of success after the Gonzaga KO and an overall dissapointing UFC tenure.
7-7 isn't too bad for an over the hill athlete that was still competing at the highest level. Look at any legend in traditional team sports, who played for a long time, their last few years usually weren't great.
15:28 people sleep on Brandon Vera. Brandon Vera was a beast that planned on being a double champ back when both weight classes were stacked. He did beat big names but also had bad luck. He had some injuries and some close fights. I think looking back he obviously couldn’t run thru both divisions and take on what he thought. But if he focused on one division and stayed away from the brainwashing crazy coaches and I think he would have made it higher in the division that he chose
I actually did think Sean was gonna beat Izzy because of another video tommy did on here maybe a little under 2 years before they fought? The one with 20 records you wouldnt think. Sean strickland had the highest strike differential on the division. Figured if anyones style was gonna mess with izzy it was his and i just happened to be right. So i can say i called it but it was because of this channel hahaha!! Always love this channel. Keep up the fun content! 😊🤘❤️
3:23 damn Justin was so eloquent back then but now he sounds like he is suffering from CTE. Hope he has a better life after retiring. We don't get to see fighters like him, Poirier and Oliveira anymore...True warriors
His win over Dustin Jacoby recently is a good start, even though it's only one win after a trio of devastating KO losses. He may need to completely overhaul his striking defense, because his chin seems to let him down after the Jones loss (which I agree, he should have been given the nod), but other fighters have managed to make those types of career turnarounds, so I wish him the best. He's still incredibly dangerous on the feet, just needs to take less punishment, which is easier said than done when you're a (primarily) standup fighter in the LHW division.
I thought Conor would never bounce back from the Khabib loss considering how much pride was on the line. As it turns out, he really didn’t bounce back 😂

Aldo went 7-7 after the Conor ko so he didn’t really bounce back sadly
He had exciting fights and hype at 135 after the Conor fight. Numbers don’t show everything.
He was consistently fighting the top guys at his division, he’s never been ranked outside the top 15 his whole career in the UFC.
@@ARR409truth from all comments. Perhaps he didn't bounce back to champ status, but always remained top tier we could can all agree I believe.
Come on man do you see the people he lost against? And if you seen the fights you would understamd

Feel bad for korean zombie by missing a few years due to military service
Woah woah woah, Silva handed Bisping that win through sheer inactivity.
no max Holloway vs volk 3 is wild
Maybe end of title hopes, but he was still crushing literally everyone not named Volk.
7:51 “So my next *victim* has to deal with that.” 🤓
That was cute, Michael Johnson had jokes 😂

What a great concept im so tired of the negativity
I cant wait For Tony's Comeback 😁
That little intro with Baylean tweaking had me in tears 😂. How I act when my kids won’t leave me alone 💀
Charles vs Holloway better be #1.
Aldo was a beast before Conor that fight where he destroyed Fabers leg with low kicks he was untouchable.

Yes. I honestly thought Strickland would win against Adesanya. And HE DID
Always love the Sunday mma on point vids 🤙🏻

All three of these fighters are still fighting though, so... you do still see them.
Any loss for Rhonda rousey 😂😂
Immediately thought of Dominick Reyes since his loss against Jon Jones. A fight I think was won by Reyes. Will Reyes ever bounce back?

It’s crazy there was a time in 2021-2022, that Aldo was within a razor’s edge of getting a title shot at bantamweight too.
He did fight for the bantamweight title against yan
I hope tony ferguson gets on the next version of this list

Franks wife is a real one.
Jon Jones ruined so many fighters
MMA Right On Point 💯
Robbie Lawler? Who would have predicted after the Tanner loss and exit from the UFC that he would come back and do what he did?!
16:04 Glover'@ 15 winstreak at lightweight 😂😂
Where's Robbie lawler after Woodley?
Couldn't you have waited for Max Hollway's next fight?
We needed Aldo/McGregor 2.
Aldo is around 145lb he fights at 135lb... Conor walks around at 180lb
@@CeBme "needed" is past tense.
@@I_AM_BAYTOR ohhhh..... my bad
I did pick sean to win lol
16:05 Glover my lightweight goat
Does anyone know why Aldo got that juicy scar from, on his face?
JJ is a duck.
lmfao... Aldo didnt bounce back at ALL
Infact he did.... didn't you watch
nice vid
Ay new vid in a sunday!!
aaaand when are you guys gonna do a top triangle rivelries video?🤨
Woooooooo
Bisping should have been #1
Considering he did it with 1 eye I can go along with that even though I was never a Bisping fan, I always thought he was an A-hole.
I've only ever been this early once before, and man, was she disappointed
I love mmaonpoint
Add Erceg to this list 😂😂😂😂
Overrated 😢
Still hasn’t comeback
Makes you wonder if kai will be at pantoja.
He's got the striking and with whom his team is should have decent takedown defense
