  • This design is a bit advanced, mostly due to the thick wire and the awkward weaving when getting the frame put together. But I think it's worth the effort! You can use other shapes for your stone, but I have a lot of these oddly cut leaf style cabs that are perfect jellyfish shapes.
    Supplies:
    16 gauge round, dead soft copper wire, 3 pieces, 12 inches long each; 1 piece, around 6 inches for the back, 1 piece, around 4 inches for the front
    **Sizes vary based on the size of your stone
    28 gauge round, dead soft wire, 2 pieces, 40 inches each for weaving the frame

    What's that tool you used to leverage the wires apart at 41:48, if you don't mind my asking? That looks very useful.
