- Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2024 is a festival of traditional Irish music being held in the town of Wexford this year. Musician's of all ages are invited to perform on the streets and in the pubs of Wexford for a week in August that will see 500,000 visitors the town.
This is the opening day of the festival Sunday 4th August 2024. Please subscribe to see each day of the week long Fleadh Cheoil 2024 from Wexford.
The Fleadh Cheoil (meaning "festival of music") is an Irish music festival run by Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann (CCÉ), a non-profit organisation. The festival includes live music events as well as competition. Each year a single town or city hosts the Fleadh: it has been held in Mullingar, Sligo, and Tullamore, among others.

I like listening to traditional Irish folk music and this is really awesome
as well as seeing the streets filled with people and the parade was great to see and some of my ancestors came from County Wexford
