I see so many video's on canning milk, but I see mistakes. I still believe in simmering my lids to get the rubber seal get a good grip when the rubber is softened.. All of these sealed, and didn't leak at all. I'm glad you are putting up food. Some people are still clueless.
My very own test kitchen. Mainly pay attention to having your jars sterilized. When I'm canning milk products, I want to really make sure my jars are sterilized. The first thing your hot water tank must be boiling hot for your dishwasher. At night, I place a clean dish towel on a large cookie sheet, add my jars, 350° for 10 minutes. Leaving jars to cool in the oven overnight. My lids I bring my water to boiling, turn off add lids, it helps to remove any rubber odors, and I believe I get a better seal. I always wash my rings by hand, and then towel dry.

Mainly, you need to sterilize your jars and have a good seal. I have seen some channels that canned milk without sterilizing their jars.. I saw a lady water bath potatoes, and they are supposed to be pressured canned because you can get botulism. I also saw a lady water bath meat, and meat has to be pressured canned. Even canned factory foods have recalls.
Great question! So sorry I never answered your question. On the half and half I got thick cream like cream cheese on top, and I put it in another small jar to use on my baked potatoe. You don't get a whole lot of thickness, but it is sure good. The rest of the cream I used in my coffee, and the cream liquid part wasn't any thicker. ❤💕
Great question! I opened a quart of 2% milk that I canned back in August 2020, and it's been in the refrigerator opened with a plastic lid for 3 days, still doing good, I am sampling daily. I will be doing a video on how long canned milk is shelf stable, and after opening lasting in the refrigerator. So far on the shelf it has lasted 15 months. I will leave the rest of the milk to test how long it's good in the refrigerator. Watch for update coming when the milk goes bad. I'm thinking a week, less time than if you bought from the grocery store being refrigerated. Interesting for me to find out too. ❤💕
I bought my plastic lids that open from Walmart. I guess you wanted those plastic lids. But I have bought all my supplies from Walmart. I buy way in advance. The plastic lids come in Regular or wide mouth, and I paid $4.97 a piece for them, they are called Mason Jar Drink Lids brand name iLids. . But I did find the iLIDS Mason Jar Drink Lids on Amazon, and pick the color you want to order, they are a 2 pk for $14.98 - $15.98 depending on color you chose. Just to make sure I understood the process: after de-gassing the canner for ten minutes put the weighted rocker on the steam pipe and bring the canner up to 10 pounds of pressure. Then turn the heat off. (There isn't any "process time"? Just up to 10 pounds and then turn the heat off?) Then just let the canner come back down to room pressure by its self, about 40 min. Crack open the lid and leave for at least 5 min. Then take the lid off and remove jars. Is that correct?
There are no safety tested guidelines for home canning any dairy products. People are guessing or using someone else's guesses for their guidelines. Yet, there are numerous alternatives available. Shelf stable cartons of dairy milk last a good while. FWIW.... I store NIDO dry whole milk, instant nonfat dry milk and various sized containers of evaporated & sweetened condensed milk, along with plain coffee creamer. Also make shelf stable ghee from both salted and unsalted butter. Keep that in the freezer for even longer shelf life. Cheese powder is available. Velveeta has a 6 month shelf life, unopened. Cheese Whiz much longer!

Check your canning manual on how much water should be added. My Presto canners require 3 quarts of water. There are NO safety tested guidelines for canning dairy products. References: Several state university extension services, canning supplier companies, and the National Center of Home Food Preservation. People who don't following safety guidelines often call themselves "Rebel" or "Rogue" canners. They usually advise others there is a risk involved, giving people the opportunity to make the decision as to how much risk they are willing to take. Your kitchen, your choice.
Jelly jars and pints I know the water in my presto canner comes to my first knuckle on my index finger. When I process meat I add more water because of the processing time is longer. I canned this half and half mid August 2020, and we have already used it all up. After you have canned as long as I have I haven't had any problems with my canning methods. Since milk products aren't recommended it's at your own risk. I don't keep my milk products more than a year. We keep everything rotated.

Paul’s words in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-7 tell us that the Lord will remove the Holy Spirit’s restraining influence when He takes His church out of the world. This means the rapture must happen before the Lord allows Satan to install his man at the helm of the coming New World Order or what the World Economic Forum refers to as the Great Reset!!
The rapture will change everything regarding the current dynamic between the demonic forces of evil seeking to destroy our world and the convicting work of the Holy Spirit working in the hearts of countless millions. What you are reading is the 2nd coming of Christ. Raptured up at the 2nd judgement, at the end.Hebrews 9:28 says he will come a second time. Mathew 24:29 immediately after the tribulation..then it discribes the 2nd coming
