thats cuz some vids explain how to download open iv, the trainers, and everything u need to mod it so the videos r longer
@@EldenRingStff You shouldnt only just be installing openiv when you are installing this.
And you also don't need a trainer for eup and all of these are in shorter separate videos of mine.
For everyone needing to know you need to go into your rage and put eup for the plugin to work

i didnt have open iv but i think the servers are down cause when i try and run oiv setup it cancels it every time and says it cant get the files from the server

You actually solved my problem why is my lspdfr crashing, cuz i was always replacing the rage native UI :DDD
its telling me that eup menu freezes my game and it terminates the plugin on start up also tried to manually load eup through f4 and it says the same thing. any tips on how to fix this?

i downloaded it worked fine for a few hours closed the game and then re opened game and it would not work kept on pressing f11 nothing happened, even re installed it and nothing any help pls
when opening "ragehook". hold shift or click the "settings" icon. than go to "plugins" and make sure to enable

I installed the Law and Order one just like in the video but every time I load the plugin in game it tells me that I don’t have it installed, what might be the issue because I have tried everything I know

HIGHWAY TROOPER, what if my openIV crashes while installing EUP :( it said there was an error trying to install it and needs to restart :(
nvm! i dragged the .oiv files onto my desktop and then in tools i clicked package installer and installed them from there and it worked!
Why after installing EUP lspdfr won’t work I can’t do forceduty or even enter a police station
Followed all the steps, rage ui is up to date, game won’t even load
Bro when I try to install EUP 8.3, it says that it's installation is failed, please note that I deleted EUP because the menu wouldnt load and said that a entry was missing I didnt know what to do so I deleted it, I tried to reinstall EUP 8.3 but it doesnt work. HighwayTrooper please help.....

Hello! Great video, I did have a question though. If I needed to change the key bind to open the eup menu Ingame, how would I do that?
I'm not sure if eup allows you to change your keybinds, might be easier to change what ever mod is also the same key

I need some help.
I downloaded the EUP Uniform Pack successfully which put the LSPD First Response DLL & LSPD First Response pdb in the plugins folder, then dragged the menu into there as well. When I went into the game, the menu didn't work and I had noticed that the Menu file name wasn't in the plugins folder so I stupidly deleted the folder. Upon reinstalling EUP Uniform Pack through IV it refuses to go into the plugins folder where the menu ends up going therefore they aren't in the same file which crashes LSPDFR. The LSPD First Response DDL & pdb aren't the files that are downloaded and don't appear anywhere through my game files even after reinstalling and uninstalling and reinstalling Open IV.
You said it crashes LSPDFR? Well you can load it back by going into the commands IF you use RAGE plugin hook. I know this is like.. A year ago, and you probably figured it out already, but just sayin. :)

@@Battle_Gamemma Have you tried reinstalling, or trying to load it in manually with rage command bar? If none of that works, try loading it in again, and again, if it doesn't work, try loading into GTAV, loading RAGEPluginHook (if you even use it, I do), and then loading in EUP, LSPDFR, and whatever else plugins ya use.

so when i tried to install the eup menu for the second time now it keeps saying EUP error the following dlcs are preset but it worked the first time
what do i do and my game is the latest version 1.67 so there shouldn't be any errors

Make sure you run open iv in admin mode then click edit and a yellow message should pop up at the top saying "open iv wont allow you run it in admin mode if there's no need to" then it'll automatically throw up a edit permissions button. after that restart open iv and go into edit mode and drag and drop

Okay so no one has answered this question so I was wondering if you could I already have all the files installed already checked if the dlc path is there and when I load in a try to load up the menu it says there’s an error that I don’t have Law and order installed but I do

Have you guys tried typing “LoadPluging" and then “EUPMenu.dll" in the commands? (f4 key) It should give you have a prompt once you typed the loadplugin part in

I have don't load any plug-ins on start-up to try and prevent crashing. Try that, and when in game, hit f4 and type reloadallplugins
Same thing happened to me but I just made the load time longer by holding shift then changing it from 10000 to 30000

Make sure guys you download the files with all the numbers instead of the first option

i put the mods in openiv when i try to select mods folder it says the package cannot be installed into "mods" folder because openiv.asi is not installed?

Dragged and dropped the plugins ( 3:39 ) but when I opened the file it didnt show EUPMenu.dll
make sure to add it into your main directory and no maps are highlighted. you might've accidently put the "Plugins" folder into another folder. Happens a ton to me, make sure to make your folder big so you have space to drop it in
I don't know if you'll see this but I have simple trainer installed and I cannot open my EUP menu with simple trainer is installed is there a way to fix it to where it works with simple trainer

If an older version of EUP is already installed, do you need to uninstall it first or you can just run the new oiv file for the recent update and it will replace everything?

For EUP uniforms if i download 2 different packs and if they have the same folder name and the same uniform name would thry override eachother or would i just have to change the texture to it

It might be easier to change the callouts key in its config than change the EUP Key.

Hello! I've watched very much tutorial videos from you, but I'm stuck with this one. So the problem is that when I click the download on the .oiv file then it just downloading a winrar file and I cannot see a .oiv file in it. Can you help?
Try dragging the Winrar .oiv file into OpenIV. If that doesnt work, uninstall Winrar and then reinstall it after you have put the .oiv files into OpenIV. Hope this helps, good luck
