100% agree! I used to get a bit stroppy now and then on the roads. Now I just channel the Ogmiotic Zen vibes and end up laughing at situations that would have normally ground my gears. I've started doing impressions for my wife, the amateurish attempts of a young apprentice, but they make her laugh and that's all that matters. Life is better as a trainee Zen motorist ... still looking for that elusive triple wave though.

I’ve got twin windtones on the Landy. Bloody loud if you press and hold( with a nice semitone of discord between them) but more usefully if I give the briefest tap on the horn push I get a gentle “ hoo ”. At quarter volume which hopefully doesn’t annoy anyone. Cars certainly need a warning horn and a polite horn
Thanks Ogmios for my first time experiencing your wonderful and alternate view on traffic flow and anger management. A very refreshing take on an average short car journey and all said and sung in an expressively calm manner.
Always lived in these areas since I've been in london, and so know these roads well. Lovely to see them from a calming perspective rather than the usual chaos.
This just appeared as a recommendation. I'm sure someone has suggested this to you, but you need to get your soothing voice onto a sat-nav! Driving in London could become a little less stressful! Good work fella.
Ogmios..... I started watching "Zen Motoring" on BBC 3 and instantly became a disciple. Then I immediately searched in YT... These are just Brilliant! A cross between "Taxi Driver" and asmr! Congratulations!
Ogmios you have given me hope! I dream that one day our roads will be populated only by zen people like yourself with your level of consideration and compassion. The sad by product of that would of course be that you would have no more material for your dashcam videos, but I have faith that your talent and wit will find another equally wholesome outlet.
Seriously, we need the gentle beep... Why isn't there a light function that cuts the lights instead of flashing people and blinding them, like a reverse of the full beam flash to say "thank you". They know you care because you didn't blind them as you went through that width restriction with your lights pointing straight at them flashing full beam... Yeah I know you could just turn them off on off on to create the effect but if the lights are on the indicator stalk you indicate by accident or turn the all them way off, then people just think you're mad... But if it was a standardised function then people would know who the caring drivers are by whether you blind them with the full beam flash or make an effort with a cut out flash to thank them for the effort they made by giving way to you when really they had no need to.
