No point to nerf tier 3 tank. Nobody plays this tier, mainly bots.
Some people can play it including people with higher than 10k+ battles. I only play it for medals.

I don't play tier 3 anymore but I did get the keni otsu , I waited a few days to play 10 games and half those battles I was the only keni and a couple games only had one other..
The ending took a dark turn….
