Is this the app that's been advertised on the channel before that also uses those sensors in the barbell to render the bar path? I'm looking for that app, but I didn't see this feature in the screenshots on the AppStore. Also, is it available for Android?

My best advice to new lifters is to not go to failure so often. Stop at rpe 8 so you can keep the speed during all lifts and your strength will increase faster. I don't know if you go often to failure but I see it a lot at the gym. 😀
Don't skip training your rotator cuffs because they will keep your shoulders stable, definitely try to row more than you bench because your lats will help you press and make sure you are recovering between sessions so that you don't go backwards, you got this!
i reccomend trying to just increase the amount of days you bench some natty powerlifter bench 3x a week i do 1x a week then larsen press on another day
In my teens and 20s I benched 320lbs at 165lbs now I'm 48 and my bench is 175lbs. It's so disappointing, I'm not workout out harder to get back to 315lbs. Thanks for the tips.
When you hit a plateau but still seeing gains in other lifts in other muscle groups keep going until you max those out. A lot of times an imbalance is causing you not to be able to break through so just keep getting stronger in all areas

Maybe I missed it but did you go over JM press and pin pressing weak spots? Most effective program I ever used was Smolov Jr., if your body can handle the volume it works. PA press looks pretty sweet, will try that. 🍻
Cheap innovative way to get s fat grip bar on a budget is to buy a swimming noodle from the dollar store cut it once lengthwise and attach to your regular bar, it works great until you can afford an actual fat grip bar....
I see neautral grip dumbbell bench press with alot of football players. Is there a reason for this i have a home gym it just has kettlebells heaviest a couple of 12kg useful for bench press different variation. And i have dumbbells only . I train my nephew 13 plays rugby wondering if neautral grip dumbbell bench press would be the best press for his sport?
I am stuck on 130kg for 1 lift at the mo, i have a fixed grip and width and do a pyramid from light to heavy fro. 60kg and just go up increments of a plate each side, i fidn my left wrist starts to hurt from compression and my right shoulder feels painful, but i want to push on, i have tried other styles mixing it but nothing is increasing it, i do it 3 times a week with deads, i am stuck on my deads as well for 180kg for 3 reps, i do a pyramid on those and i have been stuck on 180kg for 6 months, i eat tuna and pilchards after each session no matter what, i have alot of veg in my diet, i ate alot of sugar as well eek but it helps surely for those few reps

tried the same im 2008 and born in july . I was also on 52,5 kg in june. But i couldnt get 60 kg before my birthday. I hit 55 kg tho. Pls Hit it
Reverse grip is the most terrifying thing I ever did lifting.
There is absolutely no reason to perform reverse grips. The risks far outweigh the benefits. You don’t need it.

Upper back, traps, shoulders and triceps. Crush them for about a month 3x a week. Take a week offThen go back to bench press. You will hit your PR
