(I wouldn’t really recommend using him a lot during the later score challenges as Warren exists, but he sure serves well in full-clearing levels and getting high scores in an early match)
You forgot to mention that catching the same ball with Pearl still counts as the initial shot so you can easily rack up scores and free balls if the pegs align. I think C tier is much more fair for her, maybe even B considering if you can mess around with her well enough then stage clears aren't too difficult.

The game could be on PC, it doesn't innovate too much on the formula (I don't mind that though), and the DLC maybe annoying, but the deluxe edition is right there so it's whatever.
